The product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition without any signs of wear.
Tags & Packaging Intact
All original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials are intact and undamaged.
Passes Quality Inspection

Exchange Approved
Replacement dispatched subject to stock availability of requested size or design.
Item Unavailable
If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be offered per this Policy.
Not Eligible

Exchange requests that do not meet eligibility conditions may be declined.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and approved following inspection.
Prepaid Orders
- Credited to the customer's AEMLI wallet or store balance (preferred method)
- Issued to the original payment method as determined by the Company
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Processed through AEMLI wallet credit (preferred method)
- Bank transfer or any other approved mode, subject to internal verification and applicable law
Shipping fees, handling charges, or logistics costs may be non-refundable unless the return arises from a verified defect or an error attributable to the Company.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection by the Company's quality team before any refund or exchange is processed.
Approved
Product meets all return criteria. Refund or exchange is processed accordingly.
Rejected
Return request is declined and the item may be returned to the customer.
The Company's inspection decision shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellations vs Returns
